The staff was kind and courteous.
Upon arrival, the room had a strong mildew smell that was quite uncomfortable. The indoor pool was freezing, and we found it impossible to enjoy. We were met with a significant amount of noise from other guests, difficult to relax or sleep properly.

I checked into a Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds Non-Smoking. The room felt spacious right away, nice after a long drive. The bathroom had some issues, though. The door wouldn't close properly and had a swollen frame. The musty smell in the room was noticeable, especially when I tried to settle in for the evening. Despite the inconveniences, the amenities like the refrigerator and microwave were useful. I appreciated the clean bedding and towels, but I had to go down to the front desk twice due to missing towels. The sofa bed was broken. The pool area was cold, and I struggled to enjoy it. The continental breakfast included some selections, but it could have used more variety as the same items came up daily. I had high hopes because the lobby and breakfast area looked inviting, but the room quality really detracted from my overall experience.
